Soyokaze Fansubs: Good prices, very fast turnaround time! This is where I get all of my fansubs. ^_^
Fansubs.net: WHOA. Oo This is a huge page full of information, links, and anything else you can think of that is fansub related.
Kodocha Anime: Wonderful to do business with, a great selection of fansubs, and good quality and prices.
noAnime: I've never gotten fansubs from them, but I've heard that they're good.
